Policies
These terms apply to every order placed with 52Graphics, online or by quote.
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or this website. We may decline an order, for example where artwork cannot be reproduced to an acceptable standard or where its content is unlawful or infringes the rights of others, or where a deadline is not possible to be practically met.
By supplying artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission from the owner to reproduce it, and you accept responsibility for any claim arising from its use. You keep all rights in your artwork. We keep your files on record so that repeat orders can be produced, and we do not share them with third parties without written permission.
We send a proof before production. Please check spelling, layout, size, colours and placement carefully. Once a proof is approved, we produce the order as shown and are not responsible for errors that appear on the approved proof.
Colours on screens differ from printed and embroidered colours, and small variations between production runs are normal. We match colours as closely as our materials and thread ranges allow. Exact colour matching can be requested and is quoted separately.
Minimum order quantities apply to some products and are shown on each product page.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which are added at checkout. Volume pricing is calculated from the quantities in your order. Payment is taken in full when an online order is placed. Orders placed by quote or purchase order are payable according to the terms on the quote.
Timelines are estimates and begin when the proof is approved. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on collection for local pickup.
Custom products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except where we have made an error. Our Shipping and Returns policy sets out how to report a problem and what we will do about it.
Vehicles are wrapped at our Lakeshore, Ontario shop. Surfaces must be clean, undamaged and free of failing paint or rust. We are not responsible for paint or clear coat that lifts on removal where the underlying finish was not sound.
Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or missed events.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
